Rosemary is an herb in the mint family. It’s leaves resemble curved pine needles and have a tea like aroma with a piney flavor. Used in chicken, lamb, pork and enlivens lighter fish dishes, tomato sauces and vegetables. Also blends well with garlic to season lamb roasts, meat stews and marinades.
