VANILLA BEANS, BOURBON

This whole vanilla pod can be used when a true, natural bourbon vanilla flavor is desired.  Bourbon Vanilla Beans are derived from the species Vanilla Planifolia from Madagascar.  They are rich, sweet, and creamy, black and oily and the thinnest type.  There are approximately 70-74 beans to a bag depending on weight of the beans.
